A trip to the outdoor Minack theatre to see the Lady Killers was enjoyed. Two barbecues, with music and singing. Two birthday celebrations, and of course masses of climbing, walking and fishing.
An ascent of Commando Ridge was achieved by three old codgers with a total age of 232 years, Ron Chambers, Robin Quine and Jesse James (FRCC guest). A lot of climbing was done on the Lizard thanks to the nearly published and long awaited guide.
The Count House was in good order, and we enjoyed the company of Rob Seymour – the hard working custodian – who joined us for climbing and far too many cream teas. We look forward to next year.
