I noticed when I was up there for the AGM weekend that the key safe lock was blinking orange/red when I used it the first time, but after that it seemed OK. I mentioned to Peter Dixon that it looked like the lock needed new batteries but I didn’t happen to have any AAAs with me.
It appears to be a bit of a “grey area” who is responsible (i.e. between the CC and the Wayfarers) who is responsible for keeping that lock working – as it is our lock and our access, I presume it is up to us (the CC) – but who does this? Not slopey shoulders, you understand – I would have changed the batteries if I’d had any on me, and I wasn’t sure who I should mention this to as needing attention.
