For those of us engaged in outdoor sports as amateurs or professionals there is always that dreadful risk at the back of your mind that you could be witness to an accident. Until it happens you just don’t know how you will react. One thing you do know is that you will want to help. It is in our nature. So why not get a bit of training so that you can approach the situation with confidence and logic instead of panic and trepidation.

Where better to learn first aid than the beautiful setting of our Grange Hut in the Lake District.
