The Club has arranged for Snowdonia First Aid to provide a concise one day first aid training programme designed specifically around your needs as climbers, dealing with a casualty at a crag. This has been arranged for Saturday March 17th during the day of the AGM. The course will be held at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis starting at 10:20 am and finishing at 3pm with a break for lunch. Content will include -

• head injuries
• bleeding (external and internal) and shock
• heart attacks!
• CPR and Basic Life Support
• Chest injuries and trauma

The course will involve dealing with scenarios that have been set up outside to simulate a 'real' incident so you will need warm clothes and rain gear. The cost is £30 pp, and numbers are limited, so please book early ......
