The Climbers' Club was founded in 1898 and is a national club, which aims to encourage climbing and to promote the interests of mountaineers and the mountain environment.
The CC produces guidebooks to climbing areas in the South of England and Wales. We are now using a new eMag format as well as the normal pdfs. Recent publications and samples include:
The CC holds regular meets within the UK and other mountain areas. For more information either contact Meet leader (meets page) or click on link. Special meetings are held for Aspirant members.
The CC owns 8 huts around the UK (3 Snowdonia, Scotland, Lakes, Peak District, Pembroke and West Cornwall- North Coast)
