Online Shop Policies

  • The online shop is open for business from members and non-members.
  • Discounted pricing is a benefit of Club membership; don’t devalue your membership and help your mates by buying discounted books for them. Instead, help your mates to join the Club!
  • Please respect the principle that only one copy of each guidebook may be purchased at the discounted price per member.
  • PayPalThe Online Shop uses PayPal to provide secure payment.
  • Guidebooks are shipped by the Club’s distributor, Cordee.

Guidebooks from a number of publishers are available for purchase online. Orders are fulfilled by the Club’s guidebook distributor Cordee. To enable this fulfilment your delivery address for orders is retained by the Club to support follow up actions such as requesting a replacement book should a delivery go astray or include a damaged item. No payment details are ever stored. No data associated with an order is shared with any third party other than Cordee.

Customers of the online guidebook shop may be Club members, non-members, or affiliated club members. Order fulfilment data as noted above is recorded in all cases.

Payments are collected securely through PayPal. The Club does not see or retain any payment data, such as card or bank details.

Returns Policy

We hope that shopping with the Club will be to your satisfaction. However, should you need to return an item please send it to:

Please use secure packaging for returns. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping unless delivery was in error or if the delivered item is damaged or defective. Items must be returned and arrive at the return address within 14 days of the despatched date. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are held until the stock is in our warehouse. Therefore please note that any other books in your shopping basket will also be held and shipped together. As such if you require other non-pre-order items immediately please place separate orders.

International Shipping

We are sorry that the Club can not offer shipping outside the UK.

Please note that if you place an order with a non-UK address we will not be able to ship to you.  However, we will refund your payment less administrative fees and costs.  Please avoid this waste of time and money and don’t place an order unless you have a UK shipping address.

Shipping

To provide the lowest pricing to you we ship by Second Class Post to UK addresses only. The current rates are indicated alongside each item. We regret that no alternative delivery methods or destinations are available. Usually delivery takes less than 5 working days. However, due to circumstances beyond our control it may take up to 10 working days to receive your order.
