BMC INTERNATIONAL SEACLIFF MEET AT THE COUNT HOUSE 9 - 16 MAY 2010
This meet has been heavily over-subscribed, and the BMC will shortly be sending out confirmation forms to successful hosts, including those from the CC. There are 36 foreign guests attending from 26 different countries.
NO FURTHER APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED, AND IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE COUNT HOUSE ACCOMMODATION AND CAMPSITE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR THE DURATION OF THE MEET.
Any member considering travelling down to Cornwall over this period will have to make their own independent arrangements for accommodation.
The hut is open to members as normal up to the morning of 9 May, but there will be a lot of extra activity, marquee erection etc., taking place on Friday/Saturday 7/8 May. The hut will be vacated by 10.00 on 16 May, but the cleaners will be in and the marquee may not be removed until the following day.
On behalf of the BMC and the International Meet, Dave Turnbull, CEO thanks the Club and hopes that not too many members will be inconvenienced by this event.
